1. Different cocktail napkins can be ordered for the bar at an additional cost.

2. We charge the IRS travel rate for anything over 31+ miles from 17540.

3. Per the state of PA, I am considered a Dry Hire vendor. Therefore you must buy your on beer & liquor for your event.

4. Cocktail table rental is
available. We have (8)
cocktail tables w/ black
linens to rent for $200.00.

5. A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the event bill.
~~~~~
6. Events that go longer then 5 hours will be charged an additional $200 per hour.

7. We will remove all of our trash, dump all ice, wipe
down all open bottles,
and wipe down
all areas that we use.

8. Our bar services do not
go past 11pm.
